Denise Lee Yohn has been consulting companies how to operationalize their brands for over 20 years. With a client list ranging from Sony, Burger King, Jack in the Box, Land Rover, New Balance, Hitachi and Frito-Lay, Denise helps push brands to the next level.
Challenge.
With such notable experience, we wanted to create a web presence that was not only stylistically sharp and clean, but rich and varied in content. There were two main goals in developing the information architecture of the site: the first was showcase her services and experience as a consultant and a speaker; the second, to exhibit her thought leadership and the extensive list of articles, interviews, newsletters and blog posts she’s published.
Solution.
We designed a website that brings Denise into the spotlight and provides a clear path to her offerings: Consulting, Speaking and Perspectives. Throughout the consulting and speaking sections we incorporated additional interactive features and such as animations highlighting her processes, animated buttons to highlight project and client information, and a dynamic brand assessment questionnaire. To supplement her approach and service offerings, we’ve added the ability for her to upload PDFs associated with her services, links to her videos, tweets, blog posts, and testimonials through a Drupal CMS. To make sure her other online materials had a cohesive look and feel, we redesigned the blog, eNewsletter and Twitter background.
Result.
Launching in January of 2011, Denise has received incredibly positive feedback on her new online marketing. The benefits have are echoed with data showing the average time on the site jumping from 1:17 to 2:37 and the average number of pages visited nearly doubling – increasing from 1.58 to 3.12 pages per visit.
